We’ll get back to you with the necessary information to start the return process. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package.
To start a return, please contact us first, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges are not possible per post – we recommend returning the item and then ordering it again.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unfortunately, we do not have a free return service. When returning items the shipping fee is at your own expense, and that if applicable the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Most of our products are one-size or free-size which can be flexible. Therefore, it is recommended to read product information carefully and measure the size before the purchase.
Our products are often for petite girls, so the size is slightly smaller than EU size. If you have questions, please feel free to ask us via Instagram and Facebook.
Products usually are for petite girls who are under 60 kilograms and wear size XS, S & M.
Using clothing measuring tape is strongly suggested.
Medusane Boutique guarantees that the articles meet the specifications as stated on the website. An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for the same value within 7 days. Of course, the article may not be worn or damaged in this case.
We aim to deliver your ordered products by the estimated date set out in the dispatch confirmation email, or, if no date is given, at the latest within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation email. In the event that your delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date. Please note that if the product(s) is/are not delivered within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation email, you are entitled to cancel the order and be refunded the amount paid for the order. Ownership and risk in the products you have ordered will pass to you from the time they are delivered to you.
After receipt of the package you must check whether the items are in accordance with the order. If that is not the case, you must inform Medusane Boutique of this within 7 working days of receipt. See the conditions under return shipments or exchanges. If Medusane has not received notice within these 7 working days, we have fulfilled our obligations to deliver.
If an article indeed does not comply with the agreement, Medusane can take back the article and you will receive a voucher for the item amount. You can use the voucher with your next order. In this case, the costs for return are paid by Medusane Boutique.
