All the latest information or launches will be communicated via our Instagram and Facebook @Medusaneboutique. Product video can be found on Instagram Reels and on Tiktok @Medusane. Follow our Social Media accounts to get updated to the latest deals.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
We aim to deliver all orders within 4 working days of your order being processed.
Delivery time takes approximately 2 to 4 days in the Netherlands but it could be longer during weekends, holidays and sale periods.
If you place an order on Saturday and Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
Exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to compensation. We are not responsible for delays by DPD or Post NL or any other Post service.
How much is the shipping cost?
All orders will be shipped by DPD or Post NL with Track& Trace code.
+Netherlands: Flat rate €4.95. Free shipping on order over €50. 2-4 working days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship worldwide only The Netherlands. However, we are planning to make worldwide shipping available soon in the future.
Can my order be packed as a gift?
Yes. If there are any special requests, please contact us via our email ordermedusane@gmail.com or simply leave a note when placing your order.

How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or returns for sale items.
If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please email ordermedusane@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Name on the order
- E-mail address the order was made with
- Your request
- Please provide us with a clear photograph of the problem.
We’ll get back to you with the necessary information to start the return process.
Will you restock sold out items?
Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections. But if it happens, we will make an announcement on our social media platforms.
I have added the incorrect shipping address, how can I change it?
Please contact us as soon as possible to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped. If the products have been sent, the buyer will be asked for extra costs.
